Shipping

The Detailing Ninja, LLC precut products are custom-made for you when you order! Therefore all precut kits require a minimum of 1-3 business days to manufacture and ship. Orders are processed from Monday thru Friday. Product is normally delivered from Monday thru Friday, and sometimes Saturday.

If packages are damaged upon delivery, state condition of the package with a signature with the carrier. If you discover a damaged kit after opening the package, notify the carrier and us immediately. Customer is responsible to make prior arrangements with the carrier if not available to receive and sign for the product. The Detailing Ninja, LLC is not responsible if the product is verified as delivered with the carrier to the specified address, but customer did not personally receive it.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow at least 3-14 days for domestic delivery of the product after it has been shipped. Domestic USPS shipments will have a tracking number. While USPS is great for delivering product, they aren't so great for updating their tracking information. So be aware that their tracking status does not necessarily reflect on the true shipping status of your order.
